Tangible upgrade from TCA gizmo+Nuforce uDac?

As Christmas approaches, I'm wondering if there's any combination to get some better sound from my TCA WAF-1s. I am currently using a NuForce uDac and a TCA Gizmo. I'm not necessarily looking for crazy volume; this is a desktop setup, so sound quality matters more as does being budget-y.

How budget-y? An Emotiva mini x-100 will give you more punch than the Gizmo. Add a Schiit Bifrost and your looking at $530- $630 depending on if you need usb input. I'd say that's the minimum to have a signifacant upgrade. If you wanted a headphone connection maybe the Audioengine N22 amp instead of the Emo. Less power tho.
