  • X-Statik ?

    Wonder who these belonged to?

I don't recall seeing this particular variant, and I saw the alpha/beta black build at Dane's place.

Couple more. I actually like the clean look of the more concealed wires, compared to the way mine look. I'm still glad I grabbed a pair of these!

Wow those do look great. The X-Statiks are one of the few speakers I regret selling. I wouldn't mind having this pair

I like my X-Omnis a lot, and they are said to have a sound similar to the X-Statiks.

My SHO-10s have a very similar W I D E soundstage (odd, one is omni directional, the other is constant directivity) but KILL the X-Omnis in dynamics.

I always loved the sound of the X-Statiks. This is a goregous pair! The owner is even close to my house. Oh the temptation! Though I would be concerned about purchasing a speaker made by a now defunked manufacturer.

Not to take this thread in another direction!

                :peeping:

Too bad one person's illegal acts could take down a what was a great speaker company.

You don't have to worry about buying these. The designer of this speaker; Danny Ritchie of GR Research has the driver and tweeter in stock.
