$200 HDMI v1.4 Receiver Challenge

I'm looking for a really cheap receiver (need to stay very close to the $200 mark) for a friend. It was a bit of a stretch convincing him to let go of his old receiver (does not even have S-video) or optical/coax :D

I am needing 4 HDMI in/1out plus at least one component video. At this price point, I've resign to the possibility of no video upconversion to HDMI.

This Yamaha appears to have what we are looking for:

I found a winner (Onkyo 509)! I'm not a fan of Onkyo for the most part, but this seems like a great deal (esp. after the price drop from $253 to $219 today):

Thanks, Jethro. That looks like a good one (I'd prefer Pioneer over Onkyo), but I already made the purchase. I should have also mentioned that the unit must be new. Too risky to recommend used units to a friend.
