  • LS-C Interest List

As some of us may have known, Danny is currently working on the LS-C.

Nothing concrete yet but hopefully the result would be known after Axpona.

I am posting this to see how many people are seriously interested in getting this center speaker and in what finish.

I for one will get one in Piano Rosewood. :)

I may or may not build it since it'd be all dependent of the demand so feel free to post here.

I would be interested, but moho might be a tall order. I could probably get by with a flat black though. I am still not sure that I need a center, but I am not adverse to fence riding. :salute:

                  Hi Hugh,

A little competition in the LS marketplace is a good thing!

Please note that I have not made my vendor selection yet (both you and Ruben are on a level playing field here).

Vendor selection will be based on:

                  1) Quality
                  2) Price
                  3) Ability to deliver in a timely manner

Ruben has been unable to provide pricing data as of yet. Are you able to give pricing guidance at this time?

                  Thanks
                  Randy

                    Randy,

Agreed and I welcome any and all competition since it's good for the end users.

Furthermore, vote with your money. :)

The most important thing for me is to guess how much of a demand this will be then I'll go from there.

If the demand is less than 10 copies then it's really not worth my time at all.

Furthermore, I have to wait until after Danny proves the design and I got a chance to listen for myself and be happy with it prior to actually building anything.

I can say with no uncertainty that the LS9s we delivered are way better built than any of those done by av123, PERIOD.

No pricing is available at this time due to various factors but I can tell you it's going to be more than $1K.

                    Thanks,

                      Jed,

                      No Moho here.

Satin (Flat) Black will be one of the finishes.

Rythmik's still pulling the bass duties for 2-channel, you know how I like the .2.

Submersive is surely a beast, but HT only.
