  • room treatments suggesion

Here are few suggestions. Some may be duplicate from another forum we all know.

    - stackable corner bass traps either square or triangle with different thickness/size. (ie...triangle corrner in 24" or 17" facing)
    - traps for seams at wall/ceiling (ie...above tv/screen)
    - different size panel options than the standard 2'x4'
    - options for art print fabric for better WAF
    - DIY option where the user can self assemble the traps for cheap
    - simple turnkey frequency response tool. Something where the user place the mic (maybe multiple mics) at the listening position, connect the FR tool to the computer, and play the pink noise and FR output on computer. Send in results for nominal fee analysis or discounts toward purchase.
    - free room analysis if send in sketch of room layout.

Must be cheaper than any current competitor's offering.
And free for me since I started the thread. :D

ATS Acoustics sells their panels so cheap...kind of makes DIY pointless for those.

I need room treatments and Yes, ATS has the best prices I have found on the net. The real question for me is where does one start? Walls, corners, bass??:scratchchin:

Just as a teaser, our room treatments for the wall hanging "first reflection" attenuators will sell for around $100 for a pair, including the wood frame - very high waf rating.

We are going for a hybrid, in terms of the economics - and are going to offer what we hope you will find to be a remarkable product, with excellent "fit and finish", for not much more than the "DIY" options.

~$100 for a pair sounds like a pretty good price to me. Any ideas on the sizes?
