Nice batch 'o' death, Jim :biglaugh:
How is the Blu-Ray version?
Back to the musical:
In general, I've despised Musicals, because the music always gets in the way of the story IMO. The only one that came close for me was Rent; I did like that, though the wife has the music on CD and I can't listen to it.
So I just don't think I could get into ED:TM, even with camp and fake gore....Comment

The Blu-Ray is totally not worth getting since the original source is too low resolution, unless you're like me and feel compelled to get any version Evil Dead II that you see. I feel like each week Anchor Bay has a meeting to decide how to repackage it, so I'll buy it. Too me it is probably the greatest film ever made, and I really love the two "Book of the Dead" versions (ED & EDII).
As far as musicals go I like them campy like Hairspray or Little Shop of Horrors. Or I like them in a foreign language (Opera), so I can't tell how stupid the actual story is. I'm not a really big fan of the traditional broadway musical, since Opera seems more musical and strangely more modern and relevant to me.
