I thought I remember some folks connected with Ford

Hey, all! I thought I remember back on the AV123 forum that a couple folks had connections on Ford stuff. I'm about due for new tires on my '06 Focus ZX5 and was thinking I finally do a summer tire/winter tire set for the car. . . which means another set of wheels. . . and if the car's getting new shoes for the summer. . . :D

I know what the going rate looks like online, but I was wondering if someone has a hookup (or has a set laying in mothballs in the back of a shop somewhere) for a set of the FRPP black 17" rally wheels, part number M-1007-S177B* (just checked on fordracing.com). . . and maybe a set of SVT center caps to go with (;)).

I had a bent up set of SVT focus wheels but basicly gave them away after I sold the car.

Stay away from the ford racing/ production svt wheels. THEY ARE VERY WEEK.

even just about the cheapest wheel on tirerack.com will be better.

I wished I could.... but no longer getting a paycheck from FOMOCO. They got rid of about 25% of my dept the last week of january. Al Hull should be able to take care of you though, he was the last guy at the company that could do his job so my guess he is still there.


Oh and yes the factory wheels are THAT BAD.... I dont know what was up with them but they sucked bad.

but right now there just are not the jobs there were even 4-6 months ago. a quick search of monster for catia will come up with about 240 jobs nation wide, about 1/2 of those are for IT or support/code writers. thats in the NATION.....

I am looking to get into just about anything if I could just get my foot in the door somewhere. been trying to get into architecture steel structure cad.... even offered to work my way up from the bottom told them that I was not just using it as a stop gap/ but really wanted to get into archt.... didnt even get a call back. There are just so many people out of work, employers can demand just about anything and people will bark for it.

I've now got a few months out ahead of Kevin. So far doesn't look like there are any jobs out here in the Northeast for a vehicle testing manager specializing in brakes.
