Sad day, just bought my KURO two weeks ago.

I saw that and was shocked. I really like my Pio PDP.

I just my KURO in time for Superbowl. I got a great deal on it too. It is a real shame that they couldn't make a go of it any longer. I would still recommend that folks pick them up as they clear out inventory. They're just that good.

        Best......Carlo.

Did you notice they intend to focus on "sound" in the future as they think that market is still strong, and they have the technology,

I read where they made mention specifically of auto sound as that is where they make a large portion of their income from.

I'm also so glad I picked up a pro-151fd in December (merry christmas todd!)

It really is a great product, but very expensive (understandably to a nerd) in comarison to its competitors.

Got my KURO 6020 at Costco before the holidays for $4K. Quite a discount from the $6,500 I'd seen before.

Still think it is, and will be, the best display on the market for quite some time to come.
