  • Secure Equipment Stands or Racks

I happen to have one grandson out of a bunch of them that his mother absolutely will not keep him under control. She has a masters degree in child psychology and has a very good job in a hospital. Long long story but to cut to the meat here, he has no discipline. We only get to see them 2-3 times a year so hate to make them mad, but I dont want my stuff broke. I cant guard my stuff 24/7 when they are here, (he is 2) and well, here is my question.

Is there a rack or stand that would have some kind of door on the front that might lock and be reasonably tough? Or should I just make a nice shelf from Oak or something and just mount it on the wall up high. I would have a Marantz receiver, Adcom gfa 555 amp, Sony bluray player, HD sat receiver, and a power conditioner.

I suggest a good stainless steel rack. When they visit, run enough current into the rack to get his attention whenever he touches it.
