I read this story a few days ago. I did not think it was funny then and I don't think it's something to chuckle about now. Laughing at someone's misfortune which in this case almost took his life is very cruel in my opinion.

Well, the picture of the waitress is really what I was referring too, hence the "I just go for the service" followed with laughing emoticon.

I don't think it's funny that the individual had a heart attack by any means. I just thought it was odd that a story about someone having a heat attack at a hamburger joint also contained a picture of a voluptuous waitress was a bit odd.
