Tried looking for some Buy It Now items and couldn't get the Cash Back banner as I have previously. Anybody know if the promotion is over?

I don't think I have hit any of the limits yet.

I think it is still active for a lot of stores, but I am also not getting anything for eBay today.

It's regularly gone in and out of being available. Give it some time to see if it comes back. If not, it might be over with.
