Yeah it was a good weekend for wisconsin sports - badgers, packers, brewers all winners plus if I am correct all games were at home as well. I was glad the badger game was on Sat night football. Excited for the Packers Sunday night game this up coming weekend.
I have predicted Wi vs Al for the NC. Of course, Al will have one loss before then (guess which one...).
Neb is a proud program and will get back. The Big Ten is a perfect fit for them and that league as well.
Going into that game and seeing our QB struggles and our defensive secondary losses to the NFL (and no linebacker recruiting since we played spread offenses in Big12...............
My brain said Wiscy blowout by 30.
My heart (and after a few pregame brews) said we could pull an upset.
I'm not unhappy I gave my brother $100 to put on Wiscy in Vegas though. :)
Nebraska will be fine in the B1G in a year or two as a perennial B1G contender and I hope they can get back on the national scene.
Russel Wilson is the biggest coup in years...I can't believe how integrated he is into the offense.
Advice for Wisconsin fans: Act like you've been there (even though you haven't). :D
I think Wisconsin goes undefeated and misses out on a Natl Champ game due to Oklahoma and LSU/ALA being in stronger conferences.
More ammo for a playoff, which has to happen sooner than later!
