House For Sale

It's a rather long shot but...

I just recently came into possession of a house near Denver and I'd like to sell it to pay my bills. I was thinking of keeping it for a vacation home but I like California weather too much. :)

So if you know of any investor and/or anybody who plans to move to the area in the near future, please pm me and I'll make a good deal for the right person.
