I realize that only about 3 people here know who I am and, thankfully, one of them is craigsub. He graciously allowed - and to a certain extent suggested - this post be made. So Craig, thank you for your generosity.
To The Point:
There is a new member of the audio forum community - The Audio Annex - and you're all more than welcome to stop by, check us out and say hello. Hopefully, you'll not only come back but also participate. We'd love to have you.
What You'll Need To Know:
In an attempt to thwart spam and riff raff, registration requires Admin authorization. As long as you don't register at 1:00 in the morning, while us admins are sleeping, the wait shouldn't be too long.
Additionally, I feel compelled to tell you that our current membership is largely comprised of S+V forum members. I'd be a fool and a liar if I said that I wasn't aware of that forum's less-than-stellar reputation in the audio forum community. To that I can only say, please don't let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch. Please know that I am the admin and founder of The Audio Annex and I will not tolerate some of the attitudes that helped render S+V as the laughing stock of forums.
Lastly, by design, the forum is not entirely available to you unless you're a registered member. Some things you'll be able to see but not access and other things you won't even see. So stop by, register, introduce yourself, dig in, catch up and enjoy!
I'm looking forward to seeing you there - and that includes you too, Mr. Bosshole. I've got an entire section devoted to cigars going to waste. Apparently I'm the only one the forum who smokes.
