This was not a given for me. I like my fruits in the fruit bowl. When the spouse set this in front of me she got the infamous raised eyebrows of doubt ....

She served this as an entrée the the last three times we had guests and everybody loves it.

Yeah, it's seems to be one of those "such an odd mix of things it must be good" dishes. Plus, it gets your seal of approval! I'll run it by my wife and let her give it a try. Who knows, she may impress the hell out of everyone at the next party or have them all doing the spew chunky! :eek2:

Seems like a waste of a perfectly good watermelon to me.

The feta and olives don't appeal to me, either alone, or in a group.

I've come across a # of these watermelon based salads this year. All have been very diff and refreshing, very good palate cleanser usually, have to try this one.
