Valleys of Neptune anyone?

Is anyone else digging this 'new' Hendrix release....just picked it up today. The clarity is on the recordings is really terrific. There's so much space between instruments....it has a very live feel to it.

There's a good article in this month's Stereophile detailing the release. If there's anything else like this in vaults....I can't wait to hear it.

I was reading an article in (?) Stereophile (I think) and started doing some Amazon searching and "Wish List"-ing of the Jimi catalog.

Can you give some more comments?
Any other purchases in the new batch of Hendrix releases?
It seems like the archives are deep.

No other planned purchases. Can't say I'm much a Hendrix fan but I read the article and picked up this latest release based on the article. I think the SQ on many of the tracks is pretty good.
