av123 just keeps deleting threads in stead of dealing with problems. I wonder if MLS is having rugs manufactured in china, he is going to need a full container to sweep all the problems under them.


and if you were wondering this is in reference to the guy a bit PO about paying big money for MFW-15 early on then having to settle for B stock at list price.

Kevin.... while I appreciate your sentiments and frankly wonder how long the general public will continue to tolerate what's going on.... as a direct competitor now, do you think it's in good taste that you are the one saying this?

I got myself banned for life over there yesterday...I'm fine with the ban, I was done posting there anyway...I just thought it was funny as I'm not one for stirring things up with posts, etc. apparently they thought I might need a dose of my own favorite sign....

I too saw the thread about the rosewood MFW's earlier today. I do not understand why AV123 has the resources to delete threads like that, yet doesn't have the resources to fix the gentleman's issues of not receiving what he ordered.

I continue to hope AV123 can recover from this fiasco so that the slighted individuals can be made whole, but it doesn't look good.

I have stayed out of the public foray into the issues at hand and will continue to do so, but the continued deletion of threads doesn't inspire me to want to recommend them. I would much rather send people to companies I trust completely like Tweak City Audio, Onix North America and Outlaw Audio.

As a recipient of one of the raffle prizes and as someone who spent close to $1,500 on raffle tickets I continue to watch the story with interest. My heart goes out to the Wayland family and other effected by one man's greed and dishonesty.

My raffle prize came from one of the orphanage raffles and I feel ashamed to have it in my house. I'm tempted to see if Craig wants to swap me one of his new monsters and sell off the SubMersive to help Dwayland or keep for his own experimentation.

With Mark stepping back at av123 we all agree that more information is necessary. I know that he would very much like to be sharing more now himself, but that's not possible at the moment.

Once I have the OK to do so, I will post further information. There are several of us with access to this account, so you'll be hearing about TADG and the products from a few informed people.

I hope that the information will be useful and informative, and will do offer more than a glimpse at where av123 will be heading.

if you search over there for the word "Groupe" by post, not thread. THE ONLY HITS YOU WILL GET ARE POSTS FROM MLS OR others quoting him, not one single other person has ever used that spelling ever, that along with other posts using his usage of words leaves little doubt who is really posting.

Well, let me just say that I don't think I would. When you're in the business, you just have to hold yourself to a higher standard and take the high road IMHO. I have met Kevin personally, and would have thought better of him.

Just as I felt that matt34 (an Audioholics moderator as you know) should not get into pissing matches on other audio forums. I feel as though when you're a mod, you represent that entity wherever you post (not in a tile or plumbing forum obviously, but in another audio forum - yes, he represents Audioholics IMHO).... not as a direct employee, but as a representative of that forum, you do. Whether you like it or not.

So, call me old fashioned, or just a nice guy I don't really care which. Right is right.... and openly bashing a competitor in THIS particular fashion just isn't right IMHO. I mean you don't see the other auto makers piling on Toyota running ads about their gas pedals or breaks not killing people. Why?.... because it wouldn't be the right thing to do.

Obviously, you and others may feel differently. You're welcome to your opinion, just as I am to mine.

Just like I got a lifetime ban from Audioholics for saying what I did that Matt34 (as a mod at AH) shouldn't run around other audio forums getting into pissing matches and d*** measuring arguments with those he doesn't happen to like.

If that makes me a pariah and un-welcome over there, it's no skin off my back.... I really don't care. I had posted a whopping two times over there until recently. Just as Kevin probably doesn't care if he gets banned pernanently from AV123. But again, as a business owner and direct competator, I feel he should take a different approach.
