Sounds less like a "bang" and more like a "crunch."

Sorry Guys it was only after I cleaned up the mess I thought about pictures. I hope the insurance company won't need any.

It was after a night of drinking my favorite beverage .....I went to get in my truck to get it washed . I pressed the door opener on the wall and the door began to open and I entered the truck to begin to back out. The door failed to open all the way and I didn't notice it. I just ripped the bottom panel out of the tracks and and bent it to ****. Broke some weather stripping from frame and scuffed up the cab brake light.

Was thinking more along these lines:

Pictured him getting ready for a subwoofer beta test, with an experiment on his F150, and accidentally hitting the nitrous button in the garage.

This would have been the fun way to acolplish it

Glad you're alive and posting, K-man. It could be worse, you could have burned the house down frying a turkey or leaving the BBQ grill on overnight. :(

I was looking for your "NFL FOOOTBALL for Fans" thread over on forums.av123 (I needed to retrieve a couple of links from one of my posts). It looks like it's gone. :hissyfit: What was it? 400+ pages. :(

My wife had a similar incident several years ago with a 4Runner + partially closed garage door. Luckily, it was all pretty easily repairable.

                            Good luck with your fix!

I don't hang out over there anymore........but that football thread was the largest in the enclave section and was stickied at one point.

You may have Shanahan as a new coach soon
