  • Lawyers in Love

is a Jackson Browne song that I did not appreciate that much when it first was released. Seems better somehow in the rear view mirror. He's penned so many great tunes; hard to pick a fave for me. What do you like?
As it turns out, I was never banned. I was wrong yet again. First Obama, now this. :)

What do I like? Almost everything he's done. As one who was a practicing musician most of my life, I am particularly fond of the Runnin' On Empty album. The Load Out which segues into Stay is particularly poignant. I have the album on DVD Audio and, IMHO, it's stunning.

I gotta be missing something here... you have a run in with a lawyer?

          Check the LS-9 pre-owner thread.

EDIT: the owner's thread, not the pre-owner's thread.

              Wow....

              "Stop touching me!"

              "I'm not touching you!"
What if the Hokey-Pokey really IS what it's all about?!

              Kinky Tom!

I'm more going for the "let's not be a complete douchebag about a word" thing, but I can see your point. Please now imagine that my finger is within a millimeter or two of your nose but I am not touching you...

                :D

It takes a lot more than that to offend me...

+1 on the DVD-A of "Runnin' on Empty". While I don't now what the rest of Jackson's catalog (which I own on both vinyl and CD) would sound like in SACD or DVD-A, I'd like to hear a take of multi-channel on "The Pretender".

That one and "Late for the Sky" got me through a pretty dark time not so long ago.
About a pubic hair away from being banned!
