I disagree slightly with his thoughts on dating passionate people. There are maturely passionate people and there are those who are childishly (as in "I am the center of the universe") passionate.

His story makes glad I'm not young any more. No, not true. Makes me glad I don't date juveniles any more, and come to think of it, fortunately, I never did.

That guy is one LUCKY fella to have dodged that bullet.

Hell, I've already been through a similar experience and I haven't even moved out yet...(moving in 2 weeks!! :yes:) This "dating" thing doesn't appear it changes as you get older...they can just get crazier & scarier:dizzy::crazy: I think they all hear what they wanna hear...it's tough making sure you know they hear & understand what you are saying w/out coming across as an ass....:raspberry:

Not far from reality

Too funny, but too true. when I was in High School the summer before senior year I went on a 6 week German language study tour in western Europe. My GF of over two years certainly knew I was going on the trip - but she was so co-dependant that after two weeks she was stir crazy. Her girlfriend, who never liked me, convinced her I was never coming back and I lost her to a guy who had just graduated.

By the time I returned home, she was like a cold fish towards me. This was all decades before the Internet and email, but the tale spelled out in the video here is too close to reality.

My then ex-GF ended up marrying that loser when she graduated a year later. Then a few months later he was arrested for indecent exposure when no less than 3 county judges saw the guy standing in their 2nd-story apartment window, naked, and wacking off. Their apartment was downtown over an old business and all the windows faced the county courthouse.

She ultimately divorced the loser and I didn't see her again until my 15th H.S. reunion. Life is strange...

Yeah well, don't take this personally, but I think guys hear what they want to also. Most guys, if they are getting what they want (meaning if they are getting:jiggy:), tend to ignore a lot of messages ( verbal and non verbal ) that are saying "run for the hills !". Except for outright psychopaths, most people don't change outright overnight ( here I exclude anything having to do with PMS).

If you are in a relationship to get screwed chances are you will...:biglaugh: Or put it this way: you can get sex anywhere so try to get love and understanding at home...
