Yes Jethro it was a long time coming. I was expecting the sale earlier, so I could start my dedicated HT room. Now its mid summer and the attic space is smoking hot, 126 degrees!

I feel your pain (almost). My wife and I had to relocate from charlotte, nc to San Antonio TX for my job. We had to sell our house too, but it only took 2 1/2 months. It is a relief. Although the inspector really kinda shafted us on some stuff which took a lot of doing to get resolved. All done now.

The wife got a job the same day we sold the house.
