If it's served in a restaurant and hasn't sent anyone to the hospital, then camel testicles must be pretty good. I'd try anything once or 10 times.

It actually looks tasty. Have always enjoyed sampling different foods. Both from the u.s. as well as around the world. Some interesting and very good tasting stuff out there. I think if dishes/food were named vs. having all of their ingredients(usually the protein item that gets people) more people would try and like things.

Some great tasting stuff from Hong Kong, China, Mexico, Russia, India, etc.

In some bars in the U.S. they have happy hour which includes "fries"/animelles, which can be sheep. Not to be confused with rocky mountain oysters, which tend to be prepared differently.

Have had both types of plates myself at a local place. And yes, very tasty.
