Electrolux wall oven; anyone own one?

Hello all,

We have been in our house now for 11 months and need a new wall oven. The original 30" single electric convection we currently have is 10 years old and a piece of junk. We went looking at a Frigidaire unit that I researched for 2 days. Then she saw the EW30EW55GS Electrolux, and now has to have it. It's $2k... Does anyone know anything about this model, or Electrolux's reliability?
Evidently their prices are set by the company, so the best route is to buy it through ABT getting free shipping and using our Discover Card for a 5% cashback. I still think a hibachi would be cool. :biglaugh:

I would love to upgrade my range, and did a fair amount of research into those (now I 'm waiting to see if I want to mvoe my gas line or not). But the electrolux range was very nice and had solid reviews and user experience. I'd assume the oven uses a lot of the same parts, so it should be pretty reliable. The price seems a bit high considering you are just getting the oven and not a gas top, but if she likes it then she likes it.

As for pricing, when I was looking there were a few reliable ebay dealers with better-than-MSRP pricing.

Thanks for the reply, I know this isn't a hotspot for appliances, but hey most people have ovens, worth a shot. Maybe I should of implied it had an audio system built in. :sly:
