Thanks. I took the shots at the botanical garden, processed them in CS4, then worked on them digitally.

Very cool. I was curious as I'm getting ready to do a makeover on my room and am looking into digitally high rez captured art that can be printed onto acoustic panel coverings...I'm going to create 3 different wall scenes using panels that tie into each other but allow each wall to stand on its own as well...

I will post on progress once we get started, holy crap did I just agree to do updates? :embarass:

We're going to do a floating cork floor (it looks like it's going that direction anyway) so it's definitely going to be interesting. If you can, keep posting any work you have, especially if it borders on abstract, as I think lining out the "theme" for each wall of the room and selecting the artwork is going to be the toughest part...

I will post some more later on. In the meantime, if you have some photos that you would like to see how they would work in a digital painting, I would be happy to take a crack at that. Sometimes it doesn't work and sometimes it works vey well.

I did something recently for our HR Director that turned out quite nice. She sent me a pic of her 2 year old son that was taken at a family reunion....son looked great but the background sucked. I massaged the pic, lifted son out of the pic and placed him onto a different BG then turned that into a DP. I would post here, but the I don't post stuff I do for others.

I mention that only to let you know that you will have endless possibilites for picking out art work.
