UPS does it again!

Not damaged goods this time. How about not getting in the first place?


I was supposed to get my PRS Encores Monday. I wait till 7 pm, mind you I am supposed to be at work on 6pm and it takes me a half hour to get there. They deliver at 722 or so says the tracking. Put it behind the pillar on by my front door, no signature, nothing. I get home and gone! Going through the whole process of tracing now and just got off the phone with Kyle. Since they didn't ship my MoHo Encores I am replacing that order with the credit from the PRS Encores and getting the MoHo X-SLS's to complete my 7.1. Little bummed that both my MoHo encores and PRS are never getting here. But at least I get to complete the 7.1. Argh, this **** frustrates the hell out of me. I was hoping to complete the 7.1 and also have a pretty nice bedroom system.

Boy that sucks Kevin, sympathies to you bro. On the up side, lack of signature puts the burden more squarely on them, but doesn't mean they won't be a pain in the ass about it...keep us posted on how this plays out.

They've actually been pretty cordial about it. I asked about signature confirmation when I spoke to the UPS rep. IIRC I had to sign for everything that I bought from AV123. If I didn't sign for it they usually just handed it off because I was usually waiting by the door. :D

That all said, it'll be interesting to see if AV123 didn't request a signature confirmation or if they did and UPS just didn't get it. I'd imagine the UPS guy was busy that day as they usually show up at around 6ish and just left them there to get them off the truck.

Good news is I'll just wait for the WAF's to come out to put them in the BR. :D
