  • TV stand / credenza that will fit Arx center channel?

The A2 is a pretty large center channel speaker. I'd prefer to find a cabinet which will hold my A/V equipment and have a shelf large enough for the A2 to sit on. My last option would just be to put the A2 on top of the cabinet itself since the TV will be wall mounted above everything. So far, I have only found cabinets that are very expensive which have a large center channel shelf. I'd prefer to stay under $500. Anyone who has an A2, what are you using to support it? Please provide photos and product info, if possible.

I use something like this for the A2 http://www.amazon.com/Peerless-Adjus...ref=pd_vtp_e_1 Just mounted it right above the TV.

I suppose that is an idea. But, I would probably place mine under the TV and above the cabinet. I'd still like to tuck it away if I could. Does your mount look pretty well hidden on the wall? Do you have a photo of it with the speaker on it?

I like that one. The shelf is a really good fit for the speaker. But, how do you have a small AVR? It seems like every cabinet I look at is not deep enough to handle my receiver. Your cabinet is 16.5 deep behind the glass doors. My receiver is 17.13 x 17.36. Then again, it seems like just about every cabinet has similar dimensions. How are you guys fitting your stuff inside?

I have an onkyo nr809 which is a big receiver and it fits fine. For extra airflow I did not install the back piece to the enclosed part of the cabinet. If you did this as well your receiver would fit. I measured and with the glass doors shut, it is 18" to flush at the back of the cabinet.
