Off to the State Championships !!!

Hi all ... We will be leaving early tomorrow morning for the Pennsylvania State Swimming Championships. I Will have my pocket PC with me, from which I can read, but not respond, to posts starting tomorrow until Sunday, when we return.

Everyone should love this ... The only person TCA will be "Read Only" for is your old pal Craig.

We are back, and exhausted. Our guys took 6th overall against some incredible competition. As was said by experienced people at the meet, this was more like a National Finals with the group of athletes there.

As an example, our backstroke specialist is going to the Naval Academy and will swim for them. He is the best backstroker, based on time, that the Academy has EVER recruited.

He took 4th.

Two of three of our relay teams medaled, with the third finishing a half second off medal pace.

Ethan would have qualified for NCAA Division II Nationals in 3 events this weekend.

His "new coach" at university is excited to see him coming in for 4 years.

Yes, the old man is proud.
