I remembered it was my birthday this morning when I was trying to figure out who the old guy was staring back at me from the mirror. I am starting to realize you get older, life is hard and then you're not here.
I really feel pretty good for my age though. I think age is only important if you are a cheese. I also think slowing down is good for you. My whole exercise philosophy is "no pain, no pain", so I'm gonna wipe the drool off my chin and take a nap now.
