Hey, quadman! While checking the av123forum to see if there were any updates, I saw that today is your birthday. I can't believe someone hadn't already started a thread here to laud (or lampoon) you on this anniversary of your birth.

I hope you're having a wonderful birthday/Easter weekend and that you're relaxing while someone else does all the cooking. I keep hoping there'll be a GTG on the West Coast that you attend 'cause I really enjoyed that scrumptious meal you prepared at Andy's place...oh, and seeing you again would be nice, too. :p

But alas, the q-man never relenquishes the kitchen duties here at home. Otherwise, it would be drive through in a bag, take out pizza, hamburger helper or microwave mac n' cheese. Sigh.... and I wonder why the females under my roof never seem to want to learn what's going on in the kitchen. :no clue:

Oh well, no worries.... I enjoy it.

Thanks Jack.... I'm already into my first bottle of Chardonnay. :one guy: A nice little Chateau St. Jean from Sonoma. I've got an older Jordan Chardonnay that I've had put away for quite a while that I think I'm gonna open with the checken I'm doing for dinner. I mean, I feel like.... why the heck not? It's old, Im old.... should be a good match eh? :goofy:
