Just Amazing!

Felt compelled to post as I rarely get a chance to sit down and watch a movie these days. Took a rare opportunity today to watch Battleship, had the HT to myself and figured I would knock some dust off the VS18.1's.

Now this particular movie is no academy award winner but the LFE track through the subs was just simply amazing! Unbelievable. Wife and daughter came home while the last 15 minutes was finishing up - of course they yelled at me for shaking the foundation - back to reality.

My trick - have the wife turn the downstairs lights on and off to alert me she's home. Yelling didn't work, had to come up with something else!

Have to admit, although fraught with impossibilities, really enjoyed that movie!

The subs made the movie for sure or at least made it fun. I can see how it could fall short if one was forced to watch it though a surround bar.
