How do I place them (VS pair)

So this weekend FINALLY my room will get all the electronics in. The pair of subs will be laying on the floor under the screen. Now... do I place them so that the woofers next to each other [ O][O ](centered) or do the opposite where the woofers are to the outside [O ][ O]. Does this even matter??:cool:

It shouldn't make a huge difference, but I'd go with [ O][O ](centered)

I tend to agree with Jack...:)

I have all 4 of my SS 18-1 subs up front and I have played with various driver orientations and the basic FR doesn't change too much. I was able to get a 2dB increase though and decided to go with it since all 4 subs are behind a false wall and can't be seen...

If I were you, I would place your VS18's like HOW I have mine set up, right up against MY wall where I have MY VS18's.....! :biglaugh:
