Woofer replacement

If I wanted to replace the woofers in my speakers, with custom made ones or better quality ones, What company would you recommend? They need to be 5.5".

It's really not that simple. A crossover change may be needed.

You can't just buy a crossover, it has to be designed for the specific application.
