what are some good speaker stands? Is there really any difference between them?

If you get stands you really just need them to be high enough to have the tweeters close to ear height when you are sitting at your listening position. I have a set that are good quality. http://www.hometheatershack.com/foru...ands-sale.html

Any suggestions for a stand to elevate the A1rx-c I'm using as a center 10"? That seems to be a tough size to find in a commercial stand.

Found something that works from Ikea.
Lillangen leg frame. Item number: 302.051.99

Depth: 5 7/8 "
Height: 5 7/8 "
Top has pre-drilled holes so you can easily attach a piece of wood (i.e. cut down pre-painted wooden shelf to size).
Legs are threaded at the bottom and come with screw-in plastic feet. You can easily bolt another board to to the legs to form a more stable base.
