I've 2 channel setup like
Source -> 2 channel tube amp -> speakers.

How do I connect a sub (MFW-15) to this setup? The amp does not have any sub output.

What amp do you have?

You would need line level outs on the amp. Something like Aux Out or Tape Out.

Can you use the second line out of your CD player and use the Line inputs?

I own the D-stands too, I was using them with the A1s but I am planning on mounting the A1s now, so I'll have to find something new for those stands... They are nice stands though.
